Datapipe, a global provider for managed services and infrastructure for subcontracted IT and cloud computing recently announced that Chris Roberts has joined their team as Channel Director for EMEA. Roberts will work with the current Datapipe EMEA partners and will additionally develop new business in the VAR/SI, service provider channel and technology vendor.
Datapipe provides world-class managed services and is skilled in providing IT solutions, presenting a competitive advantage for channel partners from UK, who are looking for additional chances for growth. Previously, Roberts has supervised Iomart’s channel business, developing it into a multi-million pound entity. Holding the position, he was accountable for constructing, supporting and distributing an indirect plan for the channel community. Moreover, Iomart’s biggest hosting contracts were brought upon, in his tenure. Roberts even executed an exemplary training program for the VAR community of the company along with the official recognition of Iomart as a Dell Managed Services Provider.
